We start with a working session to map your roles, shift patterns, must-haves, pay range, and the realities of your floor. The output is a written role brief both sides sign off on.

In-person sourcing & screening

Our recruiters pull from a pre-vetted associate pool and conduct in-person interviews. Every candidate is reference-checked, background and drug-tested (where required), and E-Verified before introduction.

Onboarding & first-day coordination

We handle all paperwork, I-9, E-Verify, safety briefings, and badging so the associate walks in ready to work. Day-one no-show rate sits below industry average — and we own replacement if it happens.

Ongoing workforce support

Your account manager checks in weekly. Replacement requests are typically filled within 24 hours. Associates get a dedicated MCM contact and a real path to direct hire when the fit is right.
