2. ROBAL + MCM Fractional CHRO – you are the employer of record (your FEIN). We generate all reporting, bank files, 941s, and unemployment documents – you review and file. You pay your people directly from your own bank account. No more “float payroll” – send funds as late as Thursday for a Friday payday.

Does MCM handle workers' comp and unemployment if I use the employer‑of‑record model? +
Yes – for all temp and temp‑to‑hire associates where MCM is EOR, we fully manage workers’ comp, unemployment insurance, tax withholding, and all compliance. For the ROBAL + Fractional CHRO model (your FEIN), we generate the reports and forms, but you file them.
