As you transition from candidate to employee, Robal continues to serve as your digital backpack — storing licenses, ID cards, visas, and badges like safety task completions, TIPS certifications, and HR completion certificates.

Employees can also use Robal to view paystubs, message HR, file safety reports, and more.
